Up Date Ruturn Policy

eshopperai.com Return & Refund Policy

1. Introduction: Our Commitment to Fairness.

At eshopperai.com, we are committed to customer satisfaction and building trust. However, the modern e-commerce landscape faces a significant challenge from fraudulent return practices. Industry-wide statistics indicate a troubling rise in returns, with projections showing an increase from 19% to 35% by 2025. This is exacerbated by bad actors and professional groups who systematically exploit return policies.

These fraudulent activities include, but are not limited to:

Requesting refunds while returning used, damaged, or incorrect items.

Sending back empty boxes, boxes filled with rocks, or other non-purchased items.

Falsely claiming “item not received” when carrier tracking confirms delivery.

Such practices harm all honest participants in the e-commerce ecosystem by driving up costs for everyone. Therefore, we have established a reasonable and secure return policy designed to protect both our valued customers and our company from abuse. This policy creates a balanced and transparent process for handling returns.

2. General Return Policy for All Customers

The following rules apply to all individual and professional buyers.

2.1. Return Window: All products are eligible for a return and refund within a strict 72-hour (3-day) window from the date of delivery. Requests initiated after this period will not be accepted.

2.2. Initiation of Return: To start a return, the customer *must* contact us via email at info@777dropshipping.com. You must provide your order number and a detailed explanation for the return.

2.3. Pre-Return Documentation: Before shipping the item back, the customer is required to take clear, timestamped photographs and/or a video of the product, including any tags, labels, and the original packaging. This documentation is mandatory and must be submitted to us for review.

2.4. Item Condition:The product must be returned in its original, unused, and unaltered condition, with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact. Items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing original components will be denied a refund.

2.5. Return Shipping:The customer will not pay for return shipping.eshopperai.com will provide a return shipping label or instructions. Using unauthorized return methods may void your refund.

2.6. Inspection & Decision:Once we receive the returned item, our dedicated quality control department will inspect it thoroughly to verify its condition against your provided documentation and our records. This process is crucial to prevent fraud.

2.7. Final Communication: After inspection, eshopperai.com will contact you via email or telephone with our decision regarding your refund.

2.8. Refund Processing: If the return is approved, the refund will be processed instantly to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Specific Scenarios & Non-Refundable Situations.

3.1. Confirmed Delivery & “Missing” Packages: Our system automatically notifies customers when a package is delivered to the provided address. If a carrier’s tracking information confirms delivery to the correct address, and the customer claims the package was stolen or is missing, eshopperai.com is not liable and will not issue a refund. We strongly recommend that customers ensure a secure delivery location and file a report with local authorities or their shipping carrier in such instances.

3.2. Fraudulent Returns:We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against return fraud. If we receive an item that does not match the purchased product (e.g., a different item, rocks, trash), is intentionally damaged, or is returned in a condition that violates section 2.4, the return will be rejected. Furthermore, the customer’s account will be subject to immediate and permanent suspension, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action.

3.3. Professional Buyers (Dropshipping Model): If you are a professional buyer using our standard dropshipping model, you are required to follow all the steps outlined in Section 2 of this policy without exception.

3.4. Professional Buyers (MOQ Model): For professional buyers operating under a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) agreement, our dedicated MOQ team will work directly with you to manage returns. This process will include detailed arrangements for shipping, insurance, and other logistics, tailored to the scale of your business. Please contact your account manager for specifics.

4. Contact Information for Returns.

1. Retail & Marketplace Arbitrage Dropshipping:

Absolutely forbidden. You must not purchase products from online retailers (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay, Etsy, Shopify stores, Temu, Shein, etc.) and have them shipped directly to the customer.

Financial Responsibility: When a customer return is authorized by EshopperAI under our policy, you (the seller) are financially responsible for reimbursing EshopperAI for 100% of the product cost and the original outbound and return shipping costs.

This reimbursement will be automatically deducted from your pending seller balance or invoiced.

3. Performance Standards: You must comply with all EshopperAI service level agreements (SLAs), including on-time shipping, handling time, and valid tracking uploads.

Section 6: Acknowledgment & Contact

By registering as a seller, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Seller Rules, our general Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

**For questions regarding these rules or the return policy:**

Please contact our Seller Support team through the dedicated portal within your EshopperAI Seller Dashboard. Do not use customer-facing channels for seller inquiries.
